There was a dirty patch on our carpet when we arrived The only solution suggested was that we could have professional carpet cleaners into our room during our stay. The room should have been cleaned before we arrived in my opinion

Room had everything needed for travelling with kids. Great views and easy access to the water and all that Surfers Paradise has to offer. Beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was a nice treat at the end of the day. Staff were also very helpful with all our questions. Would certainly stay here again!

The room was beautiful with gorgeous sea view. There was construction going on to a high rise nearby which was a bit noisy during the day but that didn't spoil our stay. Cafe for breakfast and lunch was lovely. Trams and bus nearby. Bed was so comfortable!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and everything was impeccably clean. The manager and staff were excellent, always attentive to our needs and ensuring our comfort. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely return again and again!
