We really enjoyed our stay at Ciala Resort. The grounds are lovely. The rooms are comfortable. The food is good and the staff are EXCELLENT (kind, thoughtful and attentive). We were in Kisumu for a wedding and didn’t spend much time at the property, but in the moments we had we enjoyed the pool and the gym. Breakfast was good with both local and international choices. Dinner was better. Unfortunately, on our last day my son got sick. The staff were so helpful. It was early in the morning before the infirmary opened, but Pauline at the front desk called the nurse and gave us tender care. Vincent was also amazing. Should we return to Kisumu we will definitely stay at Ciala Resort.

Clean, convenient, and easily accesible. I would stay here again.

Room was beautiful so was the bathroom but the water in the tub was hardly pouring out for us. This could’ve just been an “our room” problem. But everything else was spectacular.
