Loved it. I come from 100+ degree state and to vacation in 76 degree weather during the summer month, it’s just too great. The hotel is close to what I needed on a vacation - food, drinks, and a chilling atmosphere.

Location is okay, but its right next to couple of new construction zones right below the window you can hear and see starting early morning. Towels were not white anymore they were very grayish. When we came they told us water will be shut from 1pm - 5pm cause of repair which is super inconvenient that you cant use the toilet. But did give us a voucher for breakfast to make it up. Bathrooms could be updated.

It's a great option for groups because the in room laundry and kitchen gives you lots of options. I wish the property had a better explainer for using appliances, especially AC, and I wish they had more hooks especially in the bathroom to hang towels, washclothes, and toiletry kits. The beds were very firm, so as a fat American I struggled to sleep well without aches.

The staff were warm and attentive from check-in to check-out, going out of their way to recommend nearby restaurants and help with directions. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and quiet despite being so central. The beds were genuinely comfortable, and I woke up refreshed every morning. What really sets Hotel Sunbee apart is the location-to-value ratio — you’re walking distance from Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, and the subway, but prices stay reasonable without any drop in comfort or service. If you want an authentic, well-located, and impeccably run stay in Seoul, Hotel Sunbee delivers on every front. I’d book again without hesitation.
