We were able to get into our room early and get the fun started. It's in a great location in reference to bourbon street. We discovered our room wasn't cooling properly and the staff attempted to improve it with a fan. This didn't work so Kori quickly switched us to a different room that was much cooler. There was no discussion just moved us so that we could be as comfortable as possible. Great customer service, the parking staff was also extremely pleasant and helpful

Had the best Cocktails at Pete’s. Requested towels at desk and housekeeping beat me to the room! Every Employee encounter was very professional and friendly .

Beautiful lobby,quick check in/out.coffee/water in lobby goid.The food options and food itself was bad.There is nowhere to eat on Sundays,Mondays,Tuesdays&Wednesdays except ordering at bar(you must be 21+to enter so you can't even bring your 18yo there)and bring it to your room.There's no restaurant open for dinner other than Thursday,Friday&Saturday.There's breakfast offered in morning(there's no grab and go so expensive restaurant is only breakfast option& food is bad).I had"avocado toast"which was wheat toast with prepackaged grocery store guacamole spread on top.No fresh avocado at all,just grocery store stuff with tiny chopped tomatoes in it& tastes only of garlic.It took 45 minutes(we were the only people in the restaurant)&cost a fortune,the pastries my daughter ordered were grocery store not even bakery level.Ordered the"Strawberry Short Beignets"from bar described as Beignets with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.It took 30 minutes(there was only one order that was picked up when we sat down,nobody else there)&they had no fresh strawberries or any whipped cream of any kind.They were covered in jelly and were terrible.The website leads you to believe someone will take your order for drinks or food at the pool.There is nobody.The bar that is supposed to be available to get food and drinks at pool is in the lobby& is closed Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays,and during day on Thursdays,so my18yo couldn't even get himself a lemonade.menuhas nothing for vegetarian
