The location, staff, service, and price was great for a 3 star hotel. I think that a few things could increase it's the overall rating. The shower head needs to be replaced, the caulking should be redone to avoid leaking when the shower is running, and the exterior shutters are damaged. Also, if the connected restaurant were open it would be a plus. Better maintenance to the property would make the overall satisfaction rating higher.

Amazing location but outdated property. The room was hot. AC not working properly.

Find some where else to stay if you don’t want all these different fees , destination fee , per day and the car parking per day is the highest I seen in the city compared to other hotels

I don't like that on the website to book the room it says housekeeping but I was told once I was in the room that for housekeeping to come to my room it would be 150.00 and I feel that's wrong and false advertisement, I was under the impression that housekeeping would come to the room everyday and since that's not the case that should be something that should be in the description so your guess won't be confused like I was
