Quiet and well kept. Needs some room darkening curtains.

The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The provided breakfast was very good, with a great selection.

Parking was easy and secure. A/C was fine. The room was a good room. The check-in personnel did not inspire confidence and the clutter matched the vibe. But it all went well. Check out was better, but no enthusiasm in the staff for their jobs. Not welcoming or helpful or cheery. The morning breakfast area was an afterthought in the lobby, the usual items were there, but just not what we are used to at Baymont. Adequate and the visit was uneventful, so while our guard went up, we were fine.

Fridge not working and had a pair of dirty shorts in a kitchen drawer. Makes me wonder if it was as even cleaned or just made the bed. Gross

The units are being remodeled, so don’t be fooled by the pictures online. The doors to the rooms on our floor were a disaster. At some point the lock assembly was updated, and instead of replacing the entire door and assembly at the same time, the original assembly was cut out and the new assembly retrofit to the door. Every time someone on our floor entered or exited their room, the sounds made by the lock not fitting properly were horrible. The HVAC unit rattled every time it came on and was very loud. Breakfast was not good, I cancelled our reservation at the Super 8 due to bad reviews but I don’t think this was much better, honestly.

The breakfast on the first morning was ok. Big puddle leaking out from underneath the counter. Had to ask someone to come take care of it. The second morning was not a good experience. . No coffee when I entered the food area at 9 a.m. They have a kiosk in the hallway with coffee. Not a lot of choices of food. Tables were not cleaned after people used them. No attendant in that area.
