Breakfast was good, room was very clean, except there’s was a hole in one of the floor tiles, and there was mold and dirt build up on the balcony floor, looks like it wasn’t cleaned in weeks. The gym was dilapidated, there was no fresh towels, no attendant, the water fountain was out of water, and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks! Overall the price I paid per night, wasn’t worth it!

We were in our room for 2 days before coming back and found the ac was spilling water all down the wall and onto the table and chair. The staff was very professional and quick with providing another room. Other than that the room was good. The 24/7 food/bar was not 24/7, this is very misleading from what is listed about this hotel and this was at 10pm multiple customers got turned around. The night GM at the bar was on his phone and was very unprofessional with customers and staff that was there. He was so unprofessional and after addressing this at reception we found out he likes to intimidate the staff and customers. Keep in mind we were there at 10pm. The front desk also confirmed the hotel does have this service. The hotel does have book a ride which is like Uber. Their pricingis very reasonable. Highly recommend using book a ride to get around. I did like this hotel but I do hesitate to recommend it after this experience.

The room wasn’t up to my type of cleanliness. The shower was disgusting, soap scum and molded. The toilet was nasty. The water was brown. The air conditioner gave out a moldy smell. The breakfast was okay.

Elevator stopped abruptly but resumed power after two minutes. Included breakfast is great! They say continental but it is a FULL breakfast. Excellent! The Book a Ride car service has a kiosk right in the lobby area. Very convenient. Gift shop changes your money. Poolside dining is good. I found the music too loud though.

The location is good for us. The breakfast selection was terrible honestly, we feel they could have done muchhh better. The shower heads need to be yanked out & replaced. In this modern time it ridiculous how nasty, dilapidated & broken the shower heads are, the room we were in when we checked in had water leaking out the shower and looked moldy because of the leak. The pool is nice, a couple of days they ran out of towels so we had to walk up to our room dripping wet. The lobby needs sprucing up, more modern, better lounge area. The rails on our balcony was rotten at the bottom and broken off, now that’s a super dangerous thing. Maintenance is extremely lacking in this hotel. We’ve been coming here for 4-5 years but honestly do not see any improvements being done.

I’m not usually one to write negative reviews, but this is easily the most disappointing Ramada property I’ve stayed at. The hotel itself is massive, and the rooms are spacious. To be fair, the room was clean, and the breakfast was actually quite good—the highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else missed the mark. The staff was generally unhelpful, often providing short answers with little interest in assisting guests. My most frustrating experience was with room service, where I was met with attitude and ultimately hung up on during a phone call. If you’re expecting the amenities and international standards commonly associated with the Ramada brand, you may be disappointed. The menu lacked many of the familiar options found at other Ramada properties, room service was slow, and the room design featured an unusual glass shower located in the middle of the room. One of the biggest reasons I booked this hotel was to use the pool after missing a flight connection. I arrived around 6:30 PM only to discover that the pool closes at 6:00 PM every day. That’s absurd! Had I known that in advance, I likely would have chosen another property. It felt like a complete waste of money for the purpose of my stay. The hotel also seemed to have issues with its reservation system. Despite prepaying through Expedia, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation and had to re-enter all of the information manually. Was I double charged? I sure hope not.
