One person at the check in desk upon our arrival made the process slow and tedious. The room keys were deactivated almost daily and had to be rectified by the front desk. Room service was very inefficient; waited hours for requested items that on some occassions were never received. Nevertheless the food was good and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and play area.

Customer service was almost nonexistent. Long wait time to check in. No one to help you with your luggages. Everyone had an attitude, if you don’t like your job, quit. It’s almost as if the staff didn’t know their jobs. Much room for improvement.

This was my second stay here, and after providing feedback during my previous visit, I was hoping the hotel's standards would improve. Unfortunately, it was just as disappointing as before. The room lacked basic essentials — no towels and not even a garbage can. Breakfast was limited, and items were only replenished when the trays were completely empty. There were minimal utensils available, and the poolside tables were left unclean after previous guests departed. I travel frequently and stay in hotels across many cities, and this has been one of the most disappointing experiences. I truly hope management takes steps to improve, as the hotel's location near the airport and cricket is quite convenient.

I stayed at the Ramada for four days and wouldn't recommend it unless they hire new staff. Here are my issues: Check-in process: It took over four hours to check in. Front desk manager: The front desk manager claimed she didn’t know how to check in guests or process payments. I was baffled since she’s the manager. Room condition: When we got to our room, they were still working on it—dust was falling from the ceiling, and a pile of dust was in the middle of the floor. We had to wait another hour for a different room. Next, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant, and that was another disaster: Food safety: We saw the supervisor drop a plate of chicken by the kitchen door, pick it up, and then serve it. Long wait: We waited over two hours for our food. The adult meals came out first, and they were spoiled. I had six kids with me who were starving. Kitchen supervisor: I spoke to the evening kitchen supervisor for three reasons: She told the waitress that regardless of the situation, we still needed to pay, and that the waitress would be responsible for the bill. One of the babies ate some of the food and got food poisoning, vomiting everywhere (it's on camera). When the kitchen supervisor finally came out, she was rude and unprofessional. I told her the food was spoiled, but she insisted we were still responsible for paying. When I asked why the kids hadn’t been served, she quoted the word “served,” laughed, and walked away, still laughing. She was very unprofessional.

Pay More and go elsewhere !!

I read a lot of bad reviews and still decided to book a room at this hotel trying to give them a chance. The room conditions were disgusting. You can tell the room attendance did not do a thorough cleaning. Showers were dirty, soap scum in the sinks. Leaking AC, mold stains on the walls. Stains on the sheets. Dead bugs not swept. Mirrors dirty. Mutilple roaches encounters. switched rooms and still the same situation.
