Very clean room, everything was accessible, super convenient area with lots of stores and restaurants even walking distance! 10/10 will come again.

Great stay, gas station was my vending machine, it is conveniently located within walking distance of the hotel. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Easy check in. Great location near the airport. Super clean. Smelled really good. Good parking. Safe. Nice decor. Highly recommend.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

The AC wasn’t cooling. This wasn’t relayed at all during check-in.

I ask the Hotel staff for a fridge as the room did not have one. I did that multiple times until I gave up asking for one. The staff lied ot my face on this. I am bitterly PO. I was told since my booking was with a 3rd party to take it to them. and I was basically SOL. I had to go to Walmart and purchase a cheap crap cooler for me to have a cold drink while in the room. I will not stay at another Hyatt hotel as the quality of the hotels is not par with the rating. I cannot trust Expedia to move me to another hotel if the one I book is crap. I will have to call the hotel directly in the future.
