Everything was nice but we could hear the noisyness from outside.

The room refrigerator does not have a freezer section. The dining restaurant is noticed to be fully packed. It seems there is a space limitation rather than an occupancy limit. The restaurant receptionist requested that the food be delivered to the room.

I stay in Dhaka often and this was my first time at the Westin. The Buffet was mediocre and the hotel was very busy and not in a good way. As a female solo traveller for work I prefer other hotels in the area as they are more attentive to guests.

Great rooms and location, staff are incredibly helpful. Shoutout to Rafi from front desk for making the process extra smooth. Beware of ordering room service though, the menu prices are marked up 3x than the restaurant menu online.
