Gazi Vacation Packages

Modernized facility, clean apartments, nice host. I would recommend them in Diani

Hotel was decent. I would have wished that they had informed us about the pools inaccessability BEFORE we committed financially to the booking. That was a tad dishonest. But, the staff were professional, although housekeeping needed to do a better job at communicating with one another and updating each other on matters. The Hotel is in a good location, the rooms could be a bit updated. It was a bit of an anticlimax from what I am used to for the price. But, all in all, faily decent.

Clean, quiet, safe, spacious room, convenient location and great staff.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The GM and staff were very thoughtful beyond my expectations. They added so much joy to my birthday celebration with a surprise birthday cake, music and dancing.

So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend

Wow. What a nice surprise to open the doors to old world charm and a huge space in these self contained apartments right on the water. Met the owner on site and had a lovely chat over breakfast about the history and his journey since 1979. The restaurant onsite by the water is fab. Supported by the famous Tamarind restaurant by the side of the complex. The sunset view over the Mombasa Islands is really nice and you can leave on a boat ride directly in front. I arranged a private guided trip of the old town and it was a simple taxi pick up in the morning over to the Fort Jesus to begin. Really this is a gem of a place to stay if you like some old world charm and very friendly staff. Felt like I was back in my younger years in a lush garden by a river in Australia. Highly recommend and I would stay here every time I am in Mombasa.

Staff was the highlight of the stay - super friendly and helpful. Room is dated already, not much amenity (had to ask for hair dryer every time needed to use). Same chain as Boxo so sometimes Boxo guests sneaked in and used the pool which was not very nice. An ok stay, bit less quality than the price paid
