Free parking, nice enough rooms, bus nearby

This is an okay location and the room is fairly small for the up to 4 people that can sleep there. It's nice because there is free parking but it goes quick up front. There is a bus stop not too far away that takes you right down to Eyre Square and uses the Leap Card from Dublin. Not much around food wise after the kitchen closes at 9pm, thank goodness for the late night subway up the road. Didn't get to try the breakfast or dinner but nice to be able to have a drink in the lobby when wanted. Downside, no a/c, which you don't expect to need in May in Ireland but it was needed. At least the windows opened, but being on a busy road and on the ground floor made that a little dicey. A fan was needed at the very least. I only mention it for people who need it like me.

Ok stay. Close to the sights, but crossing the roundabout outside of the hotel felt pretty unsafe. Located in an industrial/business area. Staff are very helpful.

Surprised

One night stopover on our way to Northern Island. Pleasantly surprised with quality and size of room. Was basically brand new. And having coffee machine is a bonus. Only issue was noise from the road and other guests as had to have the window open as it was reasonably warm in Galway!

There are plenty of places to eat within 10-20 mins of walk. Parking is available in their lots. Breakfast(pay) is kind of limited but freshly made everyday. Night meal options are somewhat limited. There are more positives about this property than any minor shortcomings. I would stay here again.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and parking was nice and easy. It is in walking distance to the centre of Galway which is great but probably a bit too far to be walking after dark!

I found the decor and cleanliness of Hotel excellent also the Staff and service. There was one problem for me, it was the smell of some product they use, it was in the Room and indeed throughout the Hotel, ( maybe an Air-freshner or Carpet Cleaner) ? It was so overpowering, had to sleep with my head under the Sheets all Night. I couldnt stay there again because of this, which is a pity, as I wouldnt hesitate otherwise.
