Excellent stay overall

Fantastic stay. We had a great time. Everyone was wonderful. The only negative is the access to the building via the front door is not suitable for people with mobility issues. There is an exit via the back door. This is not accessible to enter.

Was in a good area and gave a voucher which reduced the overnight parking lot from 29 euros to 11 euros. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and did the job for our one night stay. Reasonable rate would stay again.

Nice room. Quiet for a good night's sleep. Hotel staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay. We wish we had been told about the discounted parking garage that's associated with the hotel before we checked in though. We had already paid to park somewhere else. Maybe listing it on the website or on Expedia or Google would help others.

The hotel is in a fabulous location; close to shopping, pubs, and dining. Paige provided exceptional service during check-in, at breakfast, and at check-out. I would definitely recommend staying at The House Hotel.

One of the best!

Our room was so spacious, and so was the bath! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, too! The staff were super friendly and so helpful whenever we had questions! The location is excellent; directly by the pedestrian zone, but still very quiet!
