Was a nice but not great stay. Restaurant was empty and lacked athmosphere. Some elements of the hotel felt tired outdoor area really tired. Some walls badly scuffed. Still a nice hotel but I wouldn’t return

It was ok. Tub was dirty and we cleaned it. Faucet was broken. Was told it would be fixed the next day. It wasn’t. Volume control knob totally broken. Never fixed. Just attention to details was poor. Breakfast was skimpy as well.

From the outside we were concerned because outside looked a little run down. The inside was lovely. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. It was an easy walk about 10-15 mins to downtown Galway.

Beautiful Hotel

Hotel was awesome. Staff was super helpful and just so nice. Walking distance to downtown. only downside was room was a little to hot they did fix the AC unit the next day.

Great hotel, lovely staff

Amazing hotel, very new rooms and clean. Provided little snacks in the rooms which was a really nice touch. Slightly far from the city centre but walkable in about 30 minutes.
