Combo washer and dryer did not get clothes done quickly or actually dry. Bring a travel clothesline if you plan to wash clothes. Otherwise the place was modern and nice.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with excellent location. The staff of the front desk, the restaurant and the bar were very courteous and friendly. Everything was very clean, the bathroom was spotless and they had snacks and beverages (for extra charge) available in the apartment, which is very convenient when you are traveling with kids. The only suggestion would be to have better instructions as to how to lock the doors. But once we figure it out, we did not had any inconvenience. Very good place to book, particularly if you are traveling with kids.

The location was amazing. Easy, short walk to Latin Quarter. Excellent living space and kitchen. Bedrooms could use new carpeting and blackout blinds. The key pick up/drop off and parking was a bit of a hassle. Overall we were happy with our stay

The location is great but I gave this stay only 3 stars because the apartment we stayed in, no. 6, had minimal amenities. It was clean and spacious and kitchen was outfitted well. It lacked any place to put your personal items in the bathroom, no shower caddy or shelf so everything needed to be places on the floor of the shower. 2 small, flimsy bath towels and two hand towels of same poor quality. No tissues, 2 rolls of toilet paper. The washer /dryer combo machine, which is typical of europe does not dry clothes, leaves them damp and wrinkled. A drying rack for clothing is needed, without it you need to spread your cloths on bed, chairs and couches to dry. Parking garage at unit is nice but check in and put is a little inconvient at the Western hotel because of parking. They have a garage but it is confusing to find and the streets are very narrow 2-way streets with cars parked along the way. However, the location is very good.

Very conveniently located with nice views. The property was clean and living area spacious. The bedroom furnishings could be updated but were totally functional and tidy. Check in is at a neighboring hotel but it’s very close and service was good. The washer/dryer is a combo model so load size must be very small to be done but it’s definitely a convenient ammenity to have mid-trip.

Great stay in Galway city near the square

Wonderful hotel in Galway city, a block from the square. Great view from our apartment, overlooking the river. Plus had parking, which we needed. Check in is a little weird - you need to go to another hotel a block away (no parking there on busy street) but it was fine - you just need to know beforehand but we were behind the 8 ball as I imagine they sent instructions but I missed them. 100% woyld recommend this place for short stay or even weeks.

Terribly dated property (Apt 1). Worn and stained carpet, walls need fresh paint, beds had ruts from so many people staying, blinds in large bedroom were not blackout and were very hard to open/shut and were very dirty. There is also no direct address listed so ordering food was a challenge, we had to meet the delivery person at the The Western. Location is fine but we checked out a day early due to everything else.

The apartment was fabulous! The only negative was the check in/out process. You have to check in at the Western hotel, which means you have to park in the hotel's underground parking which is a disaster and you have to repeat the whole crazy process on check out. Once we got into the apartment it was lovley.
