Hidden gem and great for traveling families, truckers, and those who are road weary. Great green areas for pets and wonderful owners and management. They should be fully booked given the kitchenette, spacious rooms, picnic table, nature view and quiet. Better than some places that are double the price in Denton, Sanger and Grapevine. You won't regret it!

Will never stay here again. Definetely do not recommend. There were bugs crawling all over the room, the bathroom, the bathroom sink, even in the bed I felt bugs crawling on my feet and jumped out of the bed. The sheets had yellow stains on them. The toilet paper on the dispenser was only a 1/4 of the roll left and no extra roll in the room. The AC unit says it can only be controlled by the wall thermostat. There was not one in the room, so we had to freeze because the temp was set at 62!! Very unsatisfied with this place. We requested a refund after the 1st night and they refused. Never again. Avoid this place at all cost.

Happy stay

Cozy hotel near but not too close to restaurants close to highway easy exit no noise from highway traffic for a peaceful quiet night of sleep staffed by friendly family eager to please, price of staying outstanding compared to other nearby hotels, would stay there again.

The room was horrendous. The toilet seat was falling half way off, white paint patches all over the wall, very very VERY mediocre “continental breakfast”. They had 4 cheap mini cinnamon rolls, 4 mini blueberry muffins, coco puffs which has a couple puffs in. Left in the container, and some other cereal along with 4 pieces of white bread you can toast. On top of all that, I have 2 separate videos of sooooooo many pincher beetles in our room. I woke up with a bunch of swollen itchy patches all over my skin. 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Key cards didn’t work. Floors were grimy and filthy. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean.
