When I arrived, the place looked like a construction sight. I found out that there had been a major flood and it was actually a destruction site. The whole 1st floor was destroyed and the office if you want to call it that consisted of some quickly thrown together Walmart furniture. They told me that the elevator was not working and there was yellow tape blocking off the elevators - it looked like something out of the “Big Bang Theory” if you ever saw that show. My wife has leg problems which makes it very difficult for her to get up stairs. There should have been something on the Expedia night explaining the situation-but there was none!
