The hotel was set up thru Expedia due to a problem. It was Ok clean, staff was very helpful. When we first arrived a light didn't work and the phone was missing but one call and staff quickly responded and fixed both problems. The room could be updated effeminately but I do believe they are in that process. Nice pool, quiet rooms overall nice place to stay.

"Fun Family Vacation Spot!"
My family and I stayed here for a four day trip to visit the dunes, Michigan Adventure, and family nearby. This hotel was a perfect spot to stay! Just a twenty minute drive from Silver lake, where we all enjoyed Mac Wood's Dune ride (highly recommend)! We then enjoyed climbing dunes and seeing the lighthouse nearby. Next we spent two days at Michigan Adventure. This destination was only 5 miles from the hotel. We did rides one day and the waterpark the next. Last, the hotel was awesome to provide nice typed up directions to close by Duck Lake to enjoy some family beach time. It ended up raining, so we visited family at their home instead but we look forward to trying it out next year. Hotel breakfast offered a great variety for everyone. We enjoyed sleeping in and getting breakfast before it closed at 10. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub one day, as we were exhausted all the others. Pool and hitting we nice. Although the pool could be a little cleaner, found quite a bit of hair in it when swimming. My boys 7 and 9 loved the trip. My family and I plan again to come back next summer to enjoy the west side of the Mitten State and stay at Comfort Inn Whitehall again. On another note ...Blue Lake Fine Arts camp is also nearby. We recommended this location to family who were dropping a niece off later in the summer.

"Not quite sure the money was worth it........."
The listing said remodeled hotel, but it doesn't say when. The carpet in the hallway on the way to my room was stained. Upon getting into my room, I was checking out things & noticed that the small bottle of shampoo on the counter in the bathroom was only 1/2 full (I have a picture to prove it). The room itself was comfortable. Taking a shower the next morning, I noticed that it was quite slippery, they don't have anything on the bottom of the tub to keep you from sliding around. After my shower, I wanted to use the hair dryer, but it didn't work. The breakfast was very good. When checking out, I waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes, then decided to take my luggage out to my vehicle & waited about 10 minutes before going back in to see if the desk clerk was there. She stated she was helping another guest, but a sign on the counter to let people know why she wasn't there makes sense to me.

Fremont is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Fremont, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Fremont hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
