There was no coffee makers in the room anymore. The lobby only had it during certain times. The bathroom door did not shut.

The hotel is conveniently situated. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little compact but was functional. Parking was easily available and very convenient. My biggest complaint was with the free breakfast. Very limited choice of breakfast items like bagels (not fresh, a plastic bag), small muffins (in a plastic bag), cereal (limited choice), and the coffee was mediocre at best. For the price, the breakfast was a let down. We were just there for the night, we arrived late at night and left early in the morning, so it met our needs, except for the disappointing breakfast. Otherwise, I slept well in the clean, comfortable bed.

Disappointment

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The sheets were torn, there were cockroaches. When I made the reservation, it said there was daily housekeeping, but it was only once because I had to ask for it. The room stank. They changed my towels twice. It smelled like marijuana. I can say I don't recommend this place to anyone

It was terrible! And the company doesn’t offer refunds, even if it’s due to a hurricane! Rude when I called. Terrible customer service! I will NEVER recommend this company!
