If you want a cheap room this is the place. Our room was filthy: the rug had many I mean many stains I didn’t even take my shoes off. The bed skirt had stains and the tiolet seat was not attached and could not flush. I didn’t bother changing rooms. It was just for one night. Would not recommend.

The woman at check in was very nice but didn’t offer where anything is - where to take the dog out, which way the room was. Got to the room and the light didn’t work. They fixed it very quickly. Bathtub was wet as if someone had just been in there, but otherwise room was fairly clean.

I recently stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Frederick, MD, and overall had a great experience. The location is fantastic—close to plenty of restaurants and attractions, making it really convenient for both business and leisure trips. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, which I really appreciated. However, there were a couple of minor issues that prevented me from giving a full 5-star rating. I noticed a few stains on the floor and bedding in the room, which was a bit disappointing. While the room was otherwise clean and well-maintained, the stains did stand out. It didn’t detract too much from the overall experience, but I’d suggest a little extra attention to detail in that area. All in all, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely return—just hoping for a cleaner room next time!

I stayed here because I did not have other options at the time of booking. This was a horrible experience. There was a hole in the bathroom wall the size of a head. Mold around all the bathroom molding. The bed was made but looked as if someone had been sleeping on top of it when we arrived. The other bed by the window had dirt on it, from the air conditioner I am guessing. They moved us to another room at my request. However, when we arrived back to the new room that night (around 10:30 pm), I had a migraine and went to get into the bed, and when I pulled back the sheets there was a dirty tissue! It took them a half hour to get up to change the bedding for me. I would have left at that point but I already paid for the room and could not contact anyone live on expedia for a refund, and the area hotels were booked solid. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The breakfast was terrible, the walls were half painted thruout the hotel (and looks like it had been that way for a while), and kids were running up and down the hallways at all hours. Staff was not friendly.

Pleasant staff and nice that it is located in a quiet area. Only one blanket and cloths hanger in the room, potato chips on the floor, broken lamp between the beds, one curtain was missing and unable to turn off the A/C and fan.

The only negative is that I had arrived quite late due to flight delays. When I finally arrived around 1 AM the main door was locked, and the doorbell was not working. I called the front desk repeatedly, could hear it ringing on the other side of the door, but no one answered. Waited about 10-15 mins before an employee crossed the lobby and heard me knocking on the door.

It was the perfect location to Downtown Frederick. The amenities were excellent and the hotel was well kept. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
