The property needs some repairs. The room was mostly clean and comfortable. How ever I found that the property was in need of repairs. Stains in carpet. Rips in desk chair and some un repaired damage. Overall our room was clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at the hotel twice using an Expedia booking. The first time I discovered, after unpacking, that the only window looked onto the main hallway (indoor). It is the only room in the entire hotel with that configuration so I was surprised to find I had been assigned the same room when I checked in this time. Before unpacking, I asked the front desk to change my room and even offered to pay extra. The only other room available looked out to the pool. As it turned out the pool was busy until 11 pm and the room got hot over night due to the adjacent pool. The only option was to turn on an air conditioner that could not be adjusted and blew directly onto the bed. The hotel itself is OK but if booking through Expedia, I would strongly advise against booking the base double bed room option.

Great location, and the room was lovely. Excellent communication from the staff; Darren checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. My only complaint is the noise from the road, but it's on a major highway, so that is to be expected. I would definitely stay here again!

The restaraunt had excellent food. I admire how they are renovating the property while keeping its charming history.

Was really quiet, room is good for a place to sleep but floors were filthy and bathroom door didn't shut at all....like I said, if your just looking for a place to rest, it's inexpensive

Had a great nights sleep after a long journey.
