I enjoy staying at The Birchy. It doesn’t have a lot in the way of amenities in the room. But it has enough and it’s a beautiful spot.

The place was dog friendly and near everything we wanted to see. We stayed for 5 nights, and we learned that housekeeping does not enter the room until you leave. Not a big deal at all, I just wish I knew either beforehand or at checkout. I had to return/exchange our used towels for new ones and take out our trash. Again, not a big deal at all, just wish I had known beforehand. The staff was really great to us. Super accommodating of our dog, and helpful with all of our questions. We mainly used the room for sleeping, we were out and about 12+ hours a day. For that purpose, we would definitely recommend a stay here.

Newer bar/restaurant is very nice…..especially with live music! Front desk staff were very efficient. Room was nice and clean but the stairwells and exits to the property looked pretty rough. There were also a couple people from the warming shelter wandering through the parking lot

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and was a nice location. I will definitely come back when im in the area again.
