This is a newer hotel that is quickly falling apart. The hot tub was broken. The pool water was very cold. The two treadmills in the gym were broken. The scariest part was that person in the desk had to enter the credit card information by hand. I hate the idea that the person is looking at all of the info, including the CCV. The only bright spot was the breakfast lady. In general this is a poorly managed hotel.

hello, we recently stayed in room 218 I believe on Thanksgiving. We found pet urine, cracked tiles, unknown liquids running down the walls, food caked in the carpet, missing plumbing fixtures, mold, loose electrical outlets full of lint waiting to catch fire. We are requesting a full refund for a stay. Attached are a few photos.

The staff was very courteous and efficient. The breakfast was very nice and was always fresh and warm. It never seemed crowded, even when the bus tour people were there at the same time. I appreciated the all-day coffee/tea bar, especially on those chilly days. Our room was pleasant and clean. It had all the amenities I normally expect, plus a few extras that were helpful. The room was quiet and the hot water was almost instantaneous. The elevator was fairly quick. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

This hotel is amazing!!! Clean, well maintained and decorated. Breakfast looked great. I only grabbed sausage and a boiled egg to run out. Highly recommend! Oh, pet friendly.
