Handicap toilet was very low. Hard for handicap to get up.

Absolutely terrible experience with just about everything. Paid for this Lodge yet when I show up to check in, they put me in another place completely different than what I ordered. I paid for a Mountain View got put on base floor in room filled with spiderwebs and spiders, bathtub faucet was broken and about to fall apart. I tried to get help and the staff was completely useless. Only trying to sell me on a time share. Laquita was one of the terrible employees. Please avoid Capital Vacations entirely.

We paid in full through Expedia when we booked; however, the property charged us additional resort fees at check in. It doubled the price we paid. The amenities are located at the other property and not within walking distance. The ice machine was broken. I will never stay here again.

The property was nice but our river front deck was looking at a homeless camp on the otherside.

I was looking for a one night stay but two rooms and this was a great deal! Comfortable beds, great AC, friendly staff, clean, and overall a great stay! The price point was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful luxurious accomodations. Staff at check in wasn't friendly. Didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities.
