Honestly it was the best hotel I have stayed in about 9 years, close to everything in (downtown) Charlotte! Walking distance from both bojangles coliseum and Bank of America stadium!

The apartment it self was nice and cozy until you see the roaches. My family and I left early because of it. The directions were not accurate and the ability to get into the apartment was difficult. While trying to find the correct building we saw that the breezeways of the buildings were littered and nasty. I rather deal with a hotel than this.

Came in town for Chicago Bears vs Panthers game. Had a great stay at the hotel. The air-conditioning was the best as well. Very clean and great view. Good location walking distance to many restaurants.

We had a wonderful experience. We were able to check in early, Everyone we have encountered : front desk, maintenance, housekeeping and breakfast staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was just as pictured, beds were comfy and the hotel was clean.

Amazing historic hotel with all the modern amenities. Rooms were nice, hotel staff was super helpful, and their on-site restaurant was fantastic for breakfast.
