The hotel is located in a very bad area. It has a terrible smell and is dirty. The hallway smells like marijuana. There is a lot of noise, people use foul language, and the overall experience is horrible.I don’t recommend at all really bad

We needed a place to stay that was convenient to a venue in downtown Paterson NJ. Location convenient and place was fine. But area very urban and rundown. It worked for us and they clearly try very hard to make it nice by plantings. Good parking. As long as you just need a place to stay in this area, it works fine.
