We like to stay here. Unfortunately, this time the first room we were given had hair all over the bathroom. We were given another room that was better but weren’t offered an upgrade, good credit, hotel points or anything to compensate for having to move a family of 4 to another room.

Staff was very friendly. We didn’t need anything from them but they were always at the desk and kind. I would give them 4 or 5 stars. The hotel wasn’t in very good condition. Our room felt sticky and dirty. Bathroom had whisker shavings on the tissue, toilet, counter. I had to clean it up. Just…. Run down. A good deep clean would be greatly beneficial.
