The rooms where clean and breakfast was simple but service was great the only problem I came across was when looking for ice and vending machine they were not working on 2nd and 3 floor but other than that pool was good and I will be staying again

The linens and towels were in good condition. Housekeeping was every 2 days and one was missed during our 7 day stay. I wish the floors would have been cleaned as part of housekeeping. The corners in the bathroom were very dirty. The breakfast was a continental and seemed very sparse. You could make a waffle if you liked that for breakfast. The only protein option was yogurt. Even hard boiled eggs would have been a plus.

Room was hot, AC stopped working on night 1 and struggled to keep the room cooled off. Building was very humid even with dehumidifiers going in the hallways.

Room was ok,bed was comfortable.Breakfast was basic.Very quiet location.I spilled water on the floor and when I wiped it up the towel was super dirty.Needs a good mopping.The shower was a walk in and the bottom had a huge crack that hadn’t been fixed.

The whole floor outside the room smelt like urine. There was no soup or toilet paper. The water would not get hot to shower. The sink leaked. The breakfast was lacking fruit or even enough pastries to accommodate everyone

The air conditioning was working fine the room had a smell when we first went in and it was pet friendly I saw several animals coming in but there was not bothering me or anything what did bother me was my room was right by the exit door and all night long I could hear the door slamming with people coming in and out.

You get what you pay for. It's affordable and all we needed was a place to shower and sleep. There was no hot water. We notified the front desk and they said it is like that because everyone is using the hot water at the same time. I don't believe that to be true. There were stains on the comforter. The staff was nice and the room served its purpose
