I reserved a room on June 16. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told they were full and could not honor my reservation. I was turned away. They told me I needed to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia told me I needed to contact OYO Hotel for my refund. Back and forth we went for 6 weeks. No resolution. The OYO hotel manager said, "It's been forwarded to management." Both Expedia and OYO were unhelpful - blaming each other. I still haven't gotten my refund. In short, they stole my money.

Reception staff really helpful and friendly

The clerk was very unfriendly. Didn’t tell us anything. Had to ask about breakfast, elevator location etc. He took my drivers license and kept it all night. I was very tired and didn’t know it til the next morning. The outside of the building looked nice, the inside was very dated and our room and bathroom had old and cracked fixtures etc. The sheets were very dingy. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I had a wonderful stay at this motel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk person made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
