The building is under partial renovation. The staff knows that and does everything they can to make it easier; they were all friendly, excellent, and accommodating. The rooms that are finished are excellent.
Had a late flight into Flint-Bishop Airport. Checked in about midnight. Was told it was a non-smoking room, (I am a non-smoker) only to have room smell like smoke. Main blanket had cigarette burns and holes on it. Bathroom was terrible, with rust stains in shower and paint peeling on ceiling. Towels were in such poor condition that I would not use them to wash my car. A terrible place to stay.
Nothing didn't stayed that hotel looked like a dirty hunting house the room was nasty and the tub was rusty and it were little holes in the wall the sheets were dirty 😳 the carpet was dirty and the room smell very badly 😢 i wouldn't ever book there again 😳

Several unscrupulous individuals hanging around front entrance, but no-one at front desk. Waited 15 minutes.
No air or fan bathrooms falling apart no carpet in hallway just cement no bed frame towels we old and worn and did not match. Strange people in the parking lot in their cars.

I actually went to room, smelled marijuana in hallway, saw people outside back door area that looked like a drug haven. Junk all over the grounds and rooms all around in poor shape under construction . I went back to counter and asked for refund. I would never stay there.
too many people hanging around outside into the night, unlicensed cars and it appeared to be non running vehicles .Could not operate the tv, remote was useless.
At first I was told they no longer take the online reservations because they only get paid $45. Then they said that they only had one room, which looked like a janitor closet. I started to call Travelocity, and he said he had one more room upstairs with no a/c. I reluctantly took it. It was filthy, cigarette burns on the blankets, shower didn’t work. The absolute worst hotel experience of my life.
Room smelled of mold, mold spots on wall, bathtub had large rust stain around drain, toilet seeped at bottom when flushed, wall paper peeling and sheets were stained. Manager apologized and took me to another room that did not smell as bad but mold stains on wall. I left after one hour after I contacted taxi driver and had him find me a decent hotel.

made online reservation 3 hours away, received confirmation; arrived to be informed no room was available. When leaving, checked confirmation message THEN received update of no room at the inn. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE
