The room was clean and updated, staff was helpful. For what we paid , we felt as if we were short changed. No continental breakfast, just coffee. No blow dryer, no full length mirror, no iron, no makeup wipes, coffee maker didn’t work.. the room was extremely small with only one chair. For two nights we paid $1,150 , with tax!

Spring Creek Ranch was a very nice place to stay. It was close to Jackson, and located off the beaten path. Wood burning fireplace in our unit was a nice touch, however, we didn't use it. Comfy furniture and a nice decor. Hot showers and and great water pressure. The beds were and pillows were comfortable. Shuttle service was offered but had limited hours where you could bsed.

Room was ok. Bed was a little hard for us. Decor is different, trying to make it modern which it isn’t. Someone needs to learn how to paint better and not so much caulk.They obviously have a problem with hard water and rust. Brown faucets look terrible because of the hard water. Rust very noticeable. Need to use different cleaning products. You can clean better. Hair around toilet base and in shower and on shower curtain. TV is not in a great place. The price was really high for what we got. It was convenient to walk across the road to the Happy Hour Bar where food and drinks were good.

Room is kept clean.Downsides: there are no basic amenities like fridge, oven which was disappointing for the price lower than this I saw hotels beside this property providing these amenities.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely.

I booked this in January for a September trip. I had to cancel my trip 2 months prior due to a surgery with a 2-3 month recovery and no way I could hike as planned. I contacted Expedia many times, I contacted the Lodge many times, they refused to let me change it to a later date. I was charged $1200 and couldn’t go and they gave 0 help, empathy, or compassion to my situation. For a place that fills up and as popular as it is, I’m certain they could’ve filled my room. When I do make it I will avoid them at all costs.
