Overall our stay was good. I had messaged the hotel asking for a room with a view of the mountains; instead we got a view of the staircase. Pretty much the opposite of what we requested. The room was described as a large king with sitting area. The sitting area turned out to be one arm chair with foot stool and a small desk chair. The bed was okay but the pillows were huge and not comfortable for sleeping. The outside adirondack chairs were lovely but could have used a wipe down as some had chocolate on the arm rests. The coffee station produced good coffee, but it was very slow. So slow that the staff were apologizing to guests.

Very convenient

Great resort, even if it’s a bit dated. Close to Incline Beach with lots of amenities. The clubhouse had an arcade and other games, a snack bar and bar, pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis and pickle ball courts. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, the experience was fine. The room was cleaner than expected, but they could definitely get a new fry pan (not that big a deal). However, the most difficult part of staying here during the summer was that there was no AC. A fan was provided, and we brought one of our own, but it still got hot and a bit uncomfortable. Our first impression of the building was not good because of paint chipping, but given the amount of snow and harsh conditions, this is probably unavoidable.

Great place to stay, definitely coming back

Great property for families! Our 2 bedroom condo was perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids. The Murphy bed was a huge hit. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a homemade meal. The property has a heated pool, heated kids pool and big hot tub. There is ping pong, pool and other games available to play. The location is perfect! A short walk to Nevada Beach and hiking trails. Across the street from Safeway and other food options. We loved our stay!
