Property was under construction/remodeling but there was no separation between construction and the rest of the hotel. Feel unsafe at night when I arrived.

The room itself was alright, but worn. The building hallways were not clean - spilled coffee in the floor by the ice machine. I don’t recall seeing anything about pets when I booked the room. I might not have booked had I known this.

It was nice for the price. Breakfast was good. The biggest problem was that there was no elevator. A bit difficult for an elderly person to climb three flights.

The photos online are so different from actuality they have to be faked or heavily altered. Overall it's just NASTY!! The room I was in had a HUGE hole in the window, where they had used some kind of adhesive to glue a piece of cardboard over it and all of the cracks around it. The couch had many stains, paint and burn marks. There are roach traps on the floor. The floor is very sticky to walk on. I told front desk they shouldn't even be renting a room with such a damaged window...she didn't even respond to me. I wish I could upload photos. Avoid this place - It's really gross. Also, if you have mobility issues there is no elevator, so you'll be dragging your luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

The "handicap accessible" room was not! The entrance to the restroom has a huge "hump" at the entrance to the bathroom. My able bodied wife even had a hard time getting in. The ramp to get to the "basement floor" rooms was nearly impossible to navigate in my scooter, with sharp turn and and steep inclines. Do not recommend for anyone with disabilities.

Bad place to stay

We checked in at 7pm, there internet was out, and they had to keep my drivers license till it came back on. Then we were on the 2nd floor with no elevator, and had to lug up our luggage to our room. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, and they had cockroaches. Never stay there again.
