Literally at first it was okay, now were having to leave uncomfortable and tired and distressed after these fires as the prices are so gouged it's insane. Seems like nobody else is here except housekeeping who is up way early for most places, and we checked in with the clothes on our back late (11pm or later) and asked for grace, yet the front desk was more concerned with night audit shift switch. Literally, for 13hrs (maybe 5-7 of sleep) for more than $100 is insane for this place. It's off the interstate. Spiders. Dirty floor. Nice enough staff but, c'mon, really? People are going through a lot and we have the clothes on our back and were very clear and polite about needing to get into a room which check in took roughly an hour. Wow. Thanks. Refund please.

Parking and sidewalks were unrepair and noises... it was OK, but would have preferred a heads up

The room was loud! I could hear everything and everyone. Whatever was upstairs sounded like it was going to come through the ceiling. Also the smell of chlorine was extremely overwhelming! It hit you the minute you walk into the hotel, it was too strong. Location is good, but there are better options in the area for the price honestly.

Decent place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of thoughtful extras to make the stay enjoyable.
