Clean room bathroom and the staff were polite.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful from our check in service to holding our bags on our last day! In between, we had rides to places near the hotel and sound advice on where to eat and what to do! Our room was beautiful and unique!

Great location close to all the action on Broadway. Room was nice, even without windows on the interior room. Staff was helpful. All access went thru an app which worked well enough, though it did quit working one night and I had to re-check in to get it working again. Would recommend if visiting Broadway is your plan.

There was some hair in the tub. The free drinks and apps were nice to have. The staff was decent, some a bit pushy and sassy but not too bad.

The shower leaked a lot even when the shower door was closed Room 413 should be checked out. Water on the floor. I was afraid I was going to slip . I didn’t mention it bcz I was only there for two nights

It was a beautiful place to stay very good community styled place my family loved it 11/10

Great price and place was exactly as described. Communication was really good. We will be back.
