Business takes me to Champaign often - this is my go to place. It's a bit like being at home - very comfortable but not over the top on the amenities. It's a bed & breakfast and not The Hilton. A great place

Good for the price!

Poorly run hotel business because mostly they rent apartments and the hotel operation is some sort of side business. The Kleenex was already showing the warning color when we got there. We asked for more. They were very nice but never could get any… in four days! The floooclearly hadn’t been mopped when we got there. The hallway had a nasty musty smell The refrigerator in the suite was loud and ran a lot. No reason to stay here other than location.

The hot tub was broken and the pool reeked of chlorine, but that can happen at places. The most concerning part was never was the room cleaned during my 6 day stay. I had to take out the trash myself, request towels multiple times,the linen was stained, and there was mold in the bathroom. There was a note on the mirror claiming towels and linens would be replaced every 3 days but this never happened. In fact an earring was found in the linen on my first night. When I asked to speak with the property manager I was told I wouldn't be allowed to do so. I was in town for a funeral so it made the experience that much worse.

The room had a bad smell to it and at 5am the person above us, stomped for an hour plus and kept me awake
