The hotel staff were very nice and the rooms were clean and spacious.

This was such a gteat book. I had no idea it would truly be so close to muntain. Pictures are exactly how room is. Extremely comfortable beds. Fire pit nice. Covered bbq arra. If you need to feel like hotel where you just dont care then not for you. No ice. I was ok with this it was what i wanted in woods close to lookout mountain hiking. Quiet at night. If i could give 7 stars i would. I will 1000% be back next year.

The lady at the front desk was nice. Aside from that, this was one of the filthiest and broken hotels I’ve ever been in. This location should be completely taken offline and reconstituted.

Loved this property. Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, convenient, etc. wish all properties were like this. Only comment is to put more hooks or towel bars in the bathroom.

Lobby and room seemed clean. Breakfast was good. Close to 75 to continue our trip to Florida.

The PERFECT stay!!! Upgraded to a car the first night and then regular Chalet room. 3 night total and it was worth every dollar!!! Hotel staff was beyond incredible and we will miss them. Walking the area to restaurants & shopping was so easy and FUN. Where there to celebrate husbands 60th birthday and it did not disappoint! Ambiance of hotel was very unique and clean. Hope to be back soon. What a great beautiful place. Slept like a babyyy and won’t need to eat for another week. TY 💯💯💯

Great location and fun lobby but don’t expect any flexibility to their policies or availability of staff for anything beyond the basics. We had someone knock on our door at 1am and then throw a party next door. The entire hotel has concrete floors which carries sound. Went downstairs for some assistance, only to be locked out of the lobby. Called the phone numbers they suggested and still haven’t heard back 3 days later. Asked for a refund after not needing the night, and was told to call the GM. Did that. Still no call back. Great spot but for the money, you’ll find better service at a bigger chain hotel.
