Something was definitely biting me and my fiance and when we checked out the hotel we both were scratching and felt as if we were still being bitten by something. This hotel is not being cleaned properly and there were stains on the carpet. We love Holiday Inn Express but this lpcation is not living up to the IHG name.

Only downfall was the pool and hot tub was out of service. They did allow us to use the Comfort Inns pool and hot tub as a substitute. Good night stay, very clean, very helpful and kind staff.

The staff were great but my room was so noisy we barely slept. We heard every door open and close and everyone’s trip to the ice machine. The bed and pillows were way too soft as well. My back and neck were wrecked.

Overall is pretty good. Food is good. Staffs are good. It would be great to reset the alarm everytime after check out. So the next guests will be interrupted in the morning by the alarm that was set by the previous guests.
