Dishwasher was broken with out of service sign taped to the front. The kitchen sink handle was broken and came off in my hand the first day. We notified the office and they stated that they already knew about it being broken. Barely any kitchen pans avail to cook. Other than that it was nice. We very much enjoyed the hot tub.

This is our 2nd time to stay here and we have always loved this place— the location, the serenity, the views, the full amenities in the cabin. And loved the upgraded heated toilet seat too. Would recommend this to anyone who will visit Estes Park/RMNP.

I canceled my reservation on the spot and left. Check in is via a computer with somebody located in a different state. Very impersonal. I paid for and requested a one bedroom unit. They assigned me a studio.
