The advertised breakfast was actually just a skeleton of a breakfast. Most critically for me, the room I had was in the older motel part of the hotel. The smell of the chemicals they apparently use for cleaning was horrible. When I started to feel seriously inconvenienced after a couple of hours, the staff was already gone, so I could not get a different room. I had a terribly bad night because of this. Hilton had no record of my reservation, it was after midnight (3 hour delay on AMTRAK) clerk just kept saying we don't have your reservation, I shared all my Expedia data with no luck or interest. I asked if he had rooms, yes $519/night, took it and spent over an hour working with Expedia app as they called hotel a few times with no luck. Expedia reimbursed me 100% for the 2 nights, never a word from Hotel staff or Hilton. I am curious what went wrong. Not looking forward to calling every hotel to confirm status as I travel often using Expedia.

Our stay was mind blowing how amazing this place was. It has a lot of activities that we where able to have a full day planed out with the amount of things we could do. I definitely will be going back again soon.

We had a comfortable and amazing stay. The innkeeper was extremely knowledgeable and made wonderful suggestions to make our stay exactly what we wanted . Breakfast was delicious and varied each day and included fresh local ingredients. The grounds were stunning and well cared for. And we were lucky to see the bittern one morning !! We highly recommend a stay at this beautiful B and B !

We stayed in one of the private cabins and absolutely loved it. It made us feel as though we had our own little quiet oasis, and I loved opening the shades in the morning and having the river just steps away. The property was immaculate, the drinks at the bar were delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect as well, close to downtown Stowe, the rec trail and all the fun breweries and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!

DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I finally did get through, I was placed on hold for over 50 minutes before anyone offered assistance. Being stranded outside the property that I paid for is completely unacceptable. Also the shower-head broke off, rendering one of the bathrooms unusable. I was happy to pay the nightly rate but I requested a refund of the property management fee, given that the services it supposedly covered—responsiveness, maintenance, and reliable access—were nonexistent. My request was denied, and instead I was offered a $250 voucher, which is entirely insufficient and frankly insulting given the circumstances. What I received was hours of inconvenience, unresponsiveness, and unacceptable conditions. I would NOT recommend this property as long as it’s being managed by Eurorentals.
