Extremely dirty room, and a staff not very interested in helping the clients. Awful experience, we had to switch the hotel because of the terrible condition.

Could not fault this hotel at all. The food and cocktails were amazing, the rooms were amazing and the Tom Ford perfume outside each room was a lovely touch. We even got an eye mask and scrunchie off the maids one night. The maids were lovely and kept our room super clean and changed our towels constantly! Sense beach bar is a 3 minute walk from the hotel too (lovely place for food and drinks) Special shout out to Joe, the pool attendant who brought cold cloths over to us when it was so hot to cool us down and also cleaning our sunglasses each day :-) Will definitely be coming back!

Fabulous 5 star hotel, amazing location, relaxing, stress free with incredible surroundings, if you want to be able to recharge and relax then this is the place to stay, hotel super clean, great facilities, and super helpful staff, overall outstanding

Simply perfect new hotel luxurious , clean and quiet.

Great brand new resort with excellent food and amenities and more importantly, the nicest staff you can imagine.

The kids loved the swimming pool but the room had a bad smell and the staff were not very polite.

Overall the hotel is great.
