Stayed for one night in July booked last minute through Expedia check in was Seamless. Front desk was very nice. I asked the price and it’s the same as Expedia minus the fees but because I had a credit with Expedia, it was cheaper that way. Check in with Seamless the room was clean. Everything was well maintained. The property was kept very clean. Every request was met with a smile. The breakfast buffet was refilled all the way until 915 even though it closes at 9:30. George took great care of us both at breakfast and at checkout I have to say all the staff I encountered was phenomenal. They know what customer service is. We had a quick but wonderful stay.

Nice hotel, however could be a little more clear with payments for parking and extra stuff. Parking was like an additional $50 bucks per night. That’s terrible. It’s not even in an area that you would need to pay for parking- they just decided to make a little extra money from everyone who doesn’t pay attention when booking. Anyways overall it was fine.

Would 100% return to this property. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating.

For the first time in my life, I found out that check out was at 10 a.m. Everywhere I’ve ever stayed, it’s always been 11 a.m. Then I was woken up by a housekeeper banging on my door and yelling at me to leave because it was already 10. She kept saying I’d have to pay extra, in a really rude way, as if I couldn’t afford to pay for an extra hour if I wanted to. It wasn’t even what she said, it was how she said it. Zero hospitality.

Loved how quiet things were! Thankful for the staff that was so kind to send us texts and check in with us to make sure our needs were able to be accommodated throughout our stay. We would definitely be back!
