Everyone was very helpful throughout our stay. Our Tower Suite was wonderful and amenities were great.

Wonderful property with a few caveats. The amenities are great, and the location is ideal for St Mary’s. The apartment is large and parking safe and easy. That said, the bed is very hard and pillows aren’t great. The vents also hit directly on your face in the bed, so that was hard to get used to. I would stay again but only if I brought my own pillows and blankets

The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street.

After reading some prior reviews, I was nervous about our stay. However, guest services checked us in and made sure it was ok if we were in the same side as the plaza as there was music until 9pm and it may be a little loud. That wasn't a problem for us and the music wasn’t loud. Our bathroom was extremely clean. Our bed was comfy. The convince of being connected by ann elevator in the hotel to the Mayo subway was extremely helpful. (It took 5 minutes to go from our 9th floor room to the Gonda Building south side floor 2). We will definitely stay here again.

Rooms had an odor to them that wasn’t appealing, outlets were scarce.

The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, we woke up to bugs in the bathroom. We ended up killing about five of them during our stay. They looked like baby roaches which was very unsettling. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but unfortunately that was one of the few positives. The fitness center was in extremely poor condition. It felt dirty, and the thermostat read 81°F with no way to lower the temperature, making it almost impossible to use. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay at this hotel again. We were all adults, and based on our experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're traveling without children. The hotel seemed to cater more toward families, and combined with the cleanliness and maintenance issues we experienced, it wasn't a good fit for an adults-only trip.
