The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The price is reasonable. However, many other rooms are in disrepair and they seem to be doing nothing to fix anything. I've been staying there often for the last few months as I'm trying to move to Elko. That being said, I have stayed in many of the rooms. Leaking faucets showers that don't work right toilets that don't flush doors that slam and wake you up because the arm that slows down the clothes is broken. The refrigerator that was used in the breakfast room is gone now because apparently that doesn't work anymore. The juice machine has had the orange juice part out of order since I've been going there. I don't think the owners are pouring a dollar into that place. It's falling apart around them. As I said the staff are always very friendly. The owners need to get it together!!

We stopped by after a 6-hour drive from Sacramento before heading to SLC. The king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom door needs some maintenance due to a squeaky noise, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. It was a bit of a bummer that on Christmas Day there was no breakfast or housekeeping service.

The rooms are not bad but depends on which one they put you in. They need to work on maintenance with several of the rooms. A leaky shower a toilet that doesn't want to flush an HVAC unit that doesn't work properly. Door locks that don't work on the outside of the building

I stayed from Wednesday evening till Saturday and the room was never cleaned. No breakfast was served on Thursday morning because of Thanksgiving. When I couldn’t stand it anymore, they charged me extra to leave early.

My family and I stayed one night on our road trip. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great! We didn’t stay long enough to used the pool although it looked clean. Only down side was there was no workout room - had to go to the gym across town if you wanted to work out. Other than that it was a fine place to stay passing through!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean the hot tub and pool were perfect the only thing that I can complain is that I saw the waffle iron in the breakfast areaand was excited to have waffles but wasn't setup to make waffles. But everything else in was good great in the breakfast area. I just like waffles

The lady at the front desk was so nice! We checked in late after a long grueling drive and really apriciated her kindness. The room was nice and clean. Lots of hot water for the shower. The lady who was stocking the breakfast was also very nice. We usually stop in Winnemucca when we pass through but will be stoping in Elko now. Also they have an indoor pool with generous open hours. We didn't bring our suits this trip but will for sure next time. We'll definitely be back.
