The SPA do not work. The Jaccuzi do not work

The unit we stayed in was large and fully equipped, with a balcony and a full kitchen. The building was secure and conveniently located within walking distance to everything in casco viejo. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and we felt mostly safe walking around. The only issue we had was that the code to our lockbox didn’t work when we arrived. However, we texted the property staff and they were able to give us another code that worked right away. The internet in the unit worked fine, but be sure to have a data plan or eSIM so that you can connect with the property and order Ubers, especially when you first get in, as the WiFi in the airport can be very spotty.

Riu plaza hotel is my number 1 when ever I go panama, I spend my birthday there in August I was surprise with a birthday treat that was very thoughtful of them, i like the environment you have pharmacies food please very peaceful very friendly environment very safe. Staff is very good. You feel protected there because it’s 24 seven service. Big up Riu all the time
