I was born and raised in Chester, coming back to the east side I just knew I was in for a lot of noise and typical city hustle and bustle. But to my surprise none of that was heard. The unit was very very clean and well kept from the outside to the inside. The host was amazing, the unit was easily accessible and parking was great as well. Will definitely be booking again.

I tried to call front desk no one answered. I need to reach housekeeping. No one ever answered the phone. I came down to lobby spoke with front desk and they said they would let someone know. No one cleaned my room for 2 days. The carpet in the room need to be changed. The stains and dirty was ridiculous. Please upgrade the carpets in the rooms they are terrible... haven't been shampoo or clearned in years.

We were overall pleased, however we never got cleaned sheets for our entire stay. We had the housekeeping light lit for our entire stay. Also the overly loud family staying next to us made it incredibly difficult to get any rest in the evenings.

One of the only positive I can say was the location was a 10/10. Steps away from the middle of the boardwalk. Coaster running very late but somehow did not affect the sound in our bedroom. The room was not very clean. Sand felt on the floor upon arrival. Somehow, we felt sand in the sheets of the bed too. Long black hairs found throughout the room, including inside the fridge. We always use Clorox wipes in every hotel we stay at, and many surfaces turned the wipes brown. Our keypad to enter room had a dead battery and we were locked out of our room at the mercy of maintenance to come let us in and change the battery (mind you it was 9 pm, I have 2 young children and am 18 weeks pregnant). Thankfully they came within 15 minutes but it was frustrating to say the least. Difficult and tedious to get ahold of lobby staff. They seem to be inconsistent answering the phone. Lobby receptions are offsite on the other side of street which grew frustrating when we needed things like extra towels, toilet paper, etc. TV stopped working in living area. Just tried to spend least amount of time in room as possible, skeeved out and couldn’t wait to leave the room despite having an amazing time in ocean city taking full advantage of the convenient location. I would just come prepared with cleaning supplies and as many of your own supplies as possible because it felt gross. I wouldn’t be able to cope with this hotel longer than 2 nights. We survived.
