I was given a room that was right behind the elevators. I didn’t think it was going to be an issue if walls were sound proof. Clearly it wasn’t. Unfortunately the sound was a constant disturbance. And by the time it all happened, it was definitely too late to ask for a room swap. Staff was great. Hotel is a little dated but is clean and has all you need for a minimal stay

They moved us to a better room after realizing the one we booked won’t be a good fit for us. That was so nice of them and me and my family appreciate it so much! The only thing though is I think they need to change the filters in their air conditioning units or something because the air it’s blowing, at times, is giving off a bad smell. Other than that our stay has been good and comfortable.

Stayed for 4 nights and every night was different price in addition charged marketing fees, since when do we have to pay a marketing fee on a hotel I booked. All the added fees is driving prices to unacceptable levels.
