Breakfast was good and staff was helpful in everything we needed

From start to finish everything was perfect! Our room was extremely clean and cozy. The staff were very polite and accommodating. We loved the coffee bar right off the lobby.

Hotel was clean. Part of the indoor waterpark was being renovated but the rest of the indoor waterpark was great. We also enjoyed playing in the arcade.

Loved the courtyard at the entry and the room was decorated lovely with a super comfortable bed. We were a bit disappointed to have been placed in the room with the HVAC view, and the shower lacked pressure. The staff out front and the upstairs bar area were fantastic.

We really like this hotel. This is a third or fourth time we have stayed there. Just have one problem. The breakfast isn't as good as it used to be. No eggs, no bacon, same thing every day. And if you say that breakfast is from 6 to 9 there should still be food available at 8:55. Also, we stayed there 4 nights and had to get new keys every day. Because they would not work after one day.
