Staff friendly and helpful,room was clean, parking is convinience, there is nothing to complain.

Most unique hotel pool experience we've ever had with the large indoor slides. The lobby and convention area are renovated and well maintained, while the room area of the hotel could use some work. The hallways look like they haven't been updated since the 1990s and the carpets all need a deep clean. Our room was nice, recently updates and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel itself was good clean, comfortable, fully functional, and it even had a kitchenette. The front desk staff was very patient and helpful during check-in. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my Expedia reservation. I learned that Expedia uses what is called a "virtual credit card" for reservations. In the hotel's system, they were seeing Expedia's virtual card rather than my personal credit card. Although I had already paid and had a confirmation, the hotel couldn't check me in because Expedia's "virtual credit card" on file was being declined due to insufficient funds. After contacting Expedia customer service without much help, I ended up paying the hotel again to avoid further delays. I've booked through Expedia for years and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. I'm hoping to receive a refund for my original payment and will update once I have a resolution. This experience has definitely made me think twice about booking through Expedia again, and I hope other customers don't encounter the same issue.

Had to give a $100 deposit to cover incidentals and damage which was not expected. Breakfast was poor.
