Never disappoints! Clean. Love valet service.

Room and hotel was great! Check in was easy. Mattress in 302 needs to be replaced , dip in the middle.

Have stayed many times at this hotel. It is currently under renovation and we look forward to seeing it when finished. Easy to get to, good location, friendly staff.

The plumbing in our bath didn’t work properly. My wife wanted to take a bath, but the drain plug didn’t operate to close the drain. Our home town airport my drivers license was lost. I had to go to a government website and get a temporary ID to board the plane, the next morning. I asked the desk attendant if they could print the paperwork sent by email. No problem, i was told, just send it to a particular email and they would hold it at the desk. I received a return email stating that they weren’t allowed to print it. Next morning while having breakfast, i went to the front dest and ask if they could print the email, sent the night before. The front desk attendant said, “no problem, i’ll take care of it”. A moment later She brought the document. Great service. We always look to see if there’s a Home 2 in the town we are planning to visit, in advance of our travel. We love the this chain of hotels and select over all others. Keep up the standard!
