Stay AWAY from this place! It’s dirty, blankets are stained, bathrooms are disgusting. The walls and floors were poorly patched up. We booked a non smoking room, and the whole motel smelt of smoke. Me and my family were not pleased about this place. Red carpet displayed false pictures which seemed like the hard rock hotel more than the red carpet it self. It was so bad that we had to find somewhere else to stay. Terrible place to stay.

Clean room, great staff

Very confusing when you get there to check in. Staff was not very helpful in guiding us to the front desk, after check in, just handed the keys. Had to figure out where the elevators were to get to the room. It's a older Hotel compared to a few that we visited during our stay. Bathrooms need some updating but the room was comfortable. The bed was great, a lot of pillows. They have a good court in the Casino, really good breakfast and lunch options. There fine dinning restaurants are good, not great as I expected. Overall I would not stay here again, just didn't do it for me, I will try tropcana, this one was amazing

Quiet, spacious beautiful rooms and they offer a 67 credit for the restaurant and bar, which is a nice addition

Not luxury by any means but it does the job. 99 year old property with access to private beach in a quiet area near AC. The apartments are a bit dated but it comes with a kitchen and the bed is comfortable. The pool was closed when we were there. The staff is lovely

This hotel is OK. The lobby is noisy with the arcade and lots of kids as this is a family oriented hotel. There is no casino. The rooms are nice but a little bit dated. Not a lot of outlets for charging. The TV is kind of small and probably about 15 years old. The carpet is old. Otherwise the bathroom is nice with a double sink. There was a cigarette burn on the bathtub. The hall smelled humidity. The room did not smell bad. It was likely recently deodorized. The outside of the windows were kind of dirty. The bed was very comfortable. I called Housekeeping and asked for towels and body wash. It didn’t come that day so I had to walk to the front desk and ask again the next day. Then extra towels and shampoo finally came about an hour later. The valet parking system with text to request your car was practical. For breakfast it’s a two minute walk to Starbucks next-door at hard rock. They had some breakfast choices, but th they didn’t seem that appealing. There’s a handy convenient store in the lobby where I bought some waters for the room. Overall, it’s a good value for a family in AC in the summer.
