Good hotel

Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained.

I had to leave one day early. Manager said a refund for the second night had to come from Expedia. I’ve tried at least 3 different ways to contact you about this and you have not responded to me.

This is like a halfway house for unhoused that the state pays to stay here. Drug deals going down in the hallways, staff actually had a ankle monitor with a bandana to cover it. Forget the breakfast, 2 tables and sketchy items. Coffee and go. Will definitely not stay there again

No hot water, coffee grinds in the coffee pot and construction.

The room was very nice and the wait staff at breakfast was exceptional!

WiFi was spotty.

Lovely stay at the Lincklaen which has charming rooms and a great location right in the center of town. The hotel did seem to be understaffed which made service very slow. I would return if I'm in that part of NY again.
