The property seemed to be far less than full yet we were placed in a downstairs unit clear at the end and had someone in the unit above us that made a lot of noise all night long. The area also had homeless people hanging around.

Clean room

I travel the world for a living and this is one of my top few favorite places to stay. Yes, it has the basics: clean, friendly, nice restaurant, bar, great location, water views, gym, etc. But, the rooms also have full sizes bottles of local wines, wine glasses and openers, robes and slippers, full amenities, a fireplace that lights with the press of a button! It's surrounded by a variety of great restaurants within very short walking distance. There are loaner bicycles and paved walking/running/biking trails along the Columbia river and close proximity to a golf course. The Lodge has it all. I love it!

There was stuff all over outside the room that could of easily been tripped over and someone was sawing something right outside my door at 4am in the morning. And as I was getting my stuff together I seen a roach crawling on the floor

Welcome staff was amazing but other staff we interacted with during our stay were not as friendly or welcoming when asking questions. Also I left something in the room and tried calling the hotel a few different times but never spoke to anyone and no one called me back after leaving a message. Such a bummer since we loved the room - especially the comfy bed and cozy robe (so much that I bought one!). Besides not getting a call back, the only other issue with our stay was the noise from the room above us. It was really loud both mornings which was a bummer since we were trying to sleep in both mornings.

Wonderful location and very friendly staff! The rooms were clean with super comfortable beds. Cafes, restaurants, and shops are all within short walking distance, plus there’s a large parking lot. Thank you!
