Did not know there was no elevator. Had an elder person with me and was put on the 3rd floor. It's an old building and didn't seem to be well maintained. The beds were on wheels and kept moving every time you moved in the bed. The hallways and stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. There were 3 of us and only got one key. When I asked for a second one, I was told she didn't have anymore.

I had stayed in this Red Lion multiple times about 10-20yrs ago and it was such a lovely hotel. I think that just exacerbated my recent stay. The hotel is in such a great location but it hasn't been updated since the last time I was there. Bed was ok, I can't say it was uncomfortable but I certainly didn't look forward to it after a long day. The sheets are cheap, and while it wasn't the end of the world, there weren't any outlets on one side of the bed so you had to charge your phone elsewhere. It was clean-ish, as long as you didn't look too close. It was just a really sad sight to see what used to be such a beautiful hotel look like a washed up prom queen. We booked through Expedia and we paid for breakfast but the hotel no longer serves breakfast. I'm sure the effort isn't worth trying to get my money back from being overcharged by Expedia but just be aware they don't have any of those amenities.

Clean room. small item in room needed attention. Staff took my comment seriously and passed onto maintenance. I doubt cleaning staff would have noticed; not on their check list. The staff at other places Ive stayed at acted as if I was just griping about something, when in fact the issue I was pointing out was something i would have taken seriously if it had been in my own home.

Loved the pool hours, clean, decent breakfast, overall excellent property/staff and excellent travel experience! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful hotel right downtown near all the action. Easy parking

My husband and I stayed for two nights and loved it. The resort is beautiful! Breakfast was included in the stay and was really good. We had dinner and drinks one evening which were also delicious. The room we had was spacious and ow looked a pond. There were lots of fronts which were fun to look at. We also enjoyed the pool which is salt water. We will definitely visit again.

Nice place to stay last minute. Room was clean and the view on the river side is amazing. Pool area is nice and clean. Location of hotel is in a secluded area and very quiet. I didnt have the breakfast so can't comment on that. The staff at the front desk were very friendly at check in and helped me with a couple things throughout my nights stay.
