I’ve stated a couple hotels in the area and I absolutely love this one. It is in a great location. The pool is a great amenity. The rooms are clean and the staff is super accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice location that's within easy walking distance from the French Quarter, but far enough away to avoid some of the commotion.

Extremely small pool; considered a dipping pool, no swimming. Small gym is crowded with 3/4 persons. Great downtown location and within walking distance (with luggage) to carnival port.

Clean and convenient.

We stayed at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel for four nights, and unfortunately our stay was impacted by ongoing air-conditioning issues. The first two nights, our AC made a loud squealing noise that kept us awake. On the third night, it stopped working completely after we returned from the heat. We were given two portable AC units, but only one worked. The next day, we packed up to change rooms and waited until about 4:00 p.m. before our new room was ready. Our initial experience with Angel at the front desk was disappointing. We weren’t kept informed and often had to seek updates from other staff. Thankfully, several employees made a difficult stay much better. Mark from maintenance spent 45 minutes trying to diagnose the AC problem and was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Jay at the front desk listened, kept us informed, and resolved the situation with a $100 credit and complimentary drinks. We’d also like to recognize bartenders Dylan and Sahid, who were always friendly, respectful, and provided excellent service. The room issues were frustrating, but Mark, Jay, Dylan, and Sahid are a credit to the hotel.
